The ‘term’ Diversity is in need of some new marketing, because we are eliminating it more and more from our lexicon.  In this education segment, we will discuss the ‘elimination of diversity and the groundswell of inclusion movement’ in corporate America.  Cal Jackson, the Global Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Tech Data Corporation will also discuss language, which is commonly misused in the realm of D&I.  Cal’s presentation will provide attendees the following:

•     new baseline vocabulary on D&I terminology

•     new insight into corporate inclusive practices

•     insight to apply D&I to their organization’s culture…specifically in the technology industry.
